The Automation Team offers students an opportunity to get involved in EngSoc and learn about the practices and procedures that keep EngSoc running smoothly. The team works with all EngSoc groups to identify and improve processes through automation. As a part of the team, you will use the Microsoft Power platform to develop, automate, and implement processes to improve operations across EngSoc.
The main responsibilities of this team are:
- Working alongside all EngSoc groups to develop new processes and improve existing ones
- Leveraging the Microsoft Power platform to develop flows to automate processes
- Implementing the changes through meetings and training sessions with EngSoc groups
- Researching industry standards and practices around process development and integration
