About WiSE: Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) is a student-run organization at Queen’s dedicated to supporting and empowering women in their pursuit of a future in STEM. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events and programs to educate youth and promote a positive environment for young women to explore their passions and foster professional connections. We offer networking events, mentorship programs, and workshops to help students develop professional skills and form industry connections, as well as community outreach initiatives to inspire the next generation’s enthusiasm for STEM.
Role Overview: The President/Vice President of WiSE plays a crucial role in leading and managing the organization's activities and initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the execution of events, coordinating with team members, and representing WiSE both within the university community and externally. The President/Vice President works closely with the executive team and reports directly to the WiSE Faculty Advisor.

Applications are open from February 14th - February 27th @11:59PM.
Interviews will be 30 minutes long and conducted virtually on February 28th and March 1st. Candidates will be interviewed by the current WiSE President, Internal Vice President, and External Vice President. All candidates will receive an interview.
