The major responsibilities of the Entertainment Manager include:

  • Overseeing the success of all Clark concerts and private bookings
  • Book national and local musicians, and handle all logistics leading up to the concerts
  • Overseeing the DJs, training staff on the use of sound equipment, and upkeep of the Pub 's sound system
  • Overseeing the weekly schedule for the pub and logistics for all private bookings
  • Outreach to promote private bookings
  • Maintaining the website, creating a marketing strategy, ensuring that all events are well attended, and working on collaboration events
  • Working closely with the Engineering Society's Communications Team to advertise internal events

Work Term:
- Sept 27th, 2022 to April 30th, 2023

Salary/Time Commitment
- $250/week Salaried
- 16 hours expected per week
- Salary is non-negotiable
