As Director of Social Issues your main responsibilities are:

- Working to educate general Engineering Society members about EDII-AS issues

- Overseeing the Equity Team

- Overseeing the Bursary Committee

- Overseeing the Sustainability Committee

- Spearheading equity training within the Engineering Society

- Working on EDII-AS initiatives that impact the Society and the greater Queen's community

- Sit as a member of EngSoc Council to have a say in Society-wide decisions

To be the Director of Social Issues, you should be organized, creative, and have a passion for inclusivity. A good moral foundation and teamwork skills are valued assets.
