The Queens Engineering Sustainable Solutions and Technologies Competition aims to cultivate an atmosphere of innovation, empowering the upcoming generation of Queen's students to champion positive change. This competition encourages participants to engage in creative thinking and devise inventive solutions for practical challenges. The role of Co-Chair requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills. As a Co-Chair, you will hire and lead a team of people for positions in areas such as speakers, sponsorship, logistics, marketing, finance, and more. Under the guidance of the Director of Clubs & Conferences, you will work with your team to plan and execute the conference. This position will help you develop many different skills and make many new friends who you will work with to plan an engaging, informative, and professional conference.
