The Clark Hall Pub Head Manager will oversee all operations of Clark Hall Pub as well as lead the Pub’s management team and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring both Assistant Managers and staff
  • Creation of a strategic plan and operational budget for the business year
  • Driving the overall strategic direction of Clark Hall Pub
  • Overseeing the Assistant Manager portfolios through weekly meetings
  • Attend Campus Pub Manager meetings
  • Engage students, alumni and administration to further the image of the pub
  • Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders
  • Monitor financial information and compile reports

At the core of the position is creating and implementing the systems to maintain a financially sustainable and operationally successful on-campus business and build upon the previous years' management work to ensure the continued growth of the pub.

  • Engineering Society Director of Retail Services
  • Engineering Society Vice-President (Operations)

Work Term:

  • May 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026
  • This is not a paid position during the summer, however, a strategic plan and budget must be created during the summer

Salary/Time Commitment:

  • $345 Week Salaried
  • 20 hours expected per week
  • Salary is non-negotiable
