Are you interested in space? Physics? Even science? What about NASA? The Queen's Space Conference (QSC) executive team is looking for first-year students to join our amazing team to help plan and run the 2025 Queen's Space Conference!
QSC is a student-run conference focused on connecting students and the Kingston community with passionate speakers and leaders within the space industry. The conference is centred around a series of talks, a case competition, innovative workshops and ample amounts of networking opportunities. As a first-year representative, you will get opportunities to work with the conference co-chairs, directors, and coordinators to plan and run the conference. It is also a great opportunity to meet and work with new people while gaining valuable skills and experience.
Within the executive team, QSC has 6 sub-teams each with a specific focus. These sub-teams are: Sponsorships, IT/Marketing, Speakers, Logistics, Finance, and Delegates.
We are looking for hard-working, organized, committed, and motivated individuals that are able to work with our team to create an amazing conference experience. A willingness to learn and grow will assist you greatly throughout your experience.
