Science Formal is a 120 year old event that involves the graduating class completely transforming Grant Hall for an unforgettable end-of-undergrad event. Science Formal provides the graduating students with unparalleled experience in design, construction, creative thinking, problem solving, leadership, management, and teamwork. It truly is an incredible event, marking the culmination of an engineer's time at Queen's.

This position is open to Sci 23's not planning on going on internship, as well as Sci 22's coming back from internship.

The fall semester time commitment is approximately 1-5 hours per week, although, a large commitment is expected leading up the Formal and in the winter semester (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
