The Human Resource Deputies plan, organise, and run a variety of events. Deputies will work together under the Director of Human Resources and will gain experience in event management, hiring and training resources, and working with affiliate groups. Below are the two roles currently being hired.

  1. Engagement Deputies (2 people): Work throughout the year to spread awareness of the activities of EngSoc to the general student body. The two Engagement Deputies will work together to plan and run events including Lounge events and the Hiring Fair (with help from the HR Hiring Deputy).
  2. Feedback Deputy: Work with a variety of groups, clubs, and teams as well as the student body overall to find ways to improve EngSoc. Run feedback booths, facilitate surveys, and help make the Engineering Society as good as it can be!

Please note that you will be asked to rank your top roles in your application. All are welcome and encouraged to apply for either or both of the above positions.
